Blair Endersby deal primarily with Individual Voluntary Arrangements which are more commonly known as IVAs. This differs from the Debt Management Plan (or DMP) that Baines and Ernst offer because it is a formal legal agreement rather than an informal voluntary one.
There are several specifications which qualify you to be able to take on an IVA, relating to the amount of debt you are in. With this in mind we offer you a free, sympathetic and confidential initial assessment of your situation and advise you of the options that may be available to you.
Blair Endersby is based in Manchester, but takes clients from over the whole of the England and Wales. We offer debt help and advice over the telephone because it is more convenient for you, and we are contactable 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday.

Buchanan Roxburgh - Scottish Protected Trust Deeds (Scotland only) and sequestration
Buchanan Roxburgh is a specialist service for our Scottish clients due to the country having different legislation from the rest of the UK.
Scotland operates Protected Trust Deed policy rather than the IVA but they are largely similar. Bankruptcy in Scotland is known as sequestration.

We are looking for experienced advisors within the Financial Services industry to join our team. Financial experience via the telephone is essential and if you have debt management or insolvency experience so much the better. Working within our refurbished call centre you will be required to carry out a thorough interview with clients over the telephone to ascertain their full financial situation.
Excellent communication and listening skills are essential as is a professional attitude at all times.
Outbound Advisors
We are looking for professional, hard-working individuals to work in our fast-paced call centre. You will be speaking to clients and assessing their financial situation through a brief telephone interview in order to decide the best solution to assist them with their debts, so an excellent telephone manner is essential.
Customer Service Advisors
We are looking for hard working individuals to work in our fast-paced call centre environment. The successful candidate will provide efficient and consistent service to our customers. It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and hold a strong desire to meet customer requirements above and beyond their expectations. The ability to work effectively in teams along with computer literacy and keyboard skills are essential. Previous experience in a customer focused environment is desirable for this position.
Payment Plan Controller
We are looking for experienced payment plan controllers to join our team. Responsible for maximising collections you will resolve client payment queries, negotiate quality arrangements and ensure regular payments are set up on accounts.
