1996 | Baines & Ernst is established. Originally formed as a debt collection company with 50 staff members, the company quickly evolved.

1999 | Baines & Ernst launch its first television campaign.

2001 | Baines & Ernst secure their position as one of the UK’s market leaders in debt management and debt consolidation.

2005 | Blair Endersby is established, expanding the group’s position into the Individual Voluntary Arrangement market.

2007 | Baker Evans is established – offering help and guidance to people filing for Bankruptcy.
