The MasterCard® Prepaid Card can be used in 30 million outlets worldwide
As part of the Evolution Current Account, you will get a MasterCard® Prepaid Card – so that you can make purchases in shops and restaurants – great if you don’t like carrying cash around with you.
The card works in the same way a ‘Pay as You’ Go mobile phone ‘top up’ works – you simply ‘load’ money onto your card before you spend. This means you can only spend what cash you have available on the prepaid card – helping you to avoid getting into debt.
The MasterCard® Prepaid Card can be used at over 30 million outlets worldwide, for online and telephone purchases and to make cash withdrawals at ATM’s showing the MasterCard® Acceptance Mark. A 50p fee applies for each withdrawal in the UK (£2.25 abroad).
