Our goal is to give excellent service to all of our customers, that is why we give our clients the opportunity to give us their feedback. In order for you to have your review posted on our website just
send us an email with your name, length of time you have been on your plan, your original debt level, the rating from 1-5 that you think we deserve (1 = poor, 5 = excellent) and your comment and if your review is displayed we will send you £20 worth of high street vouchers!

The service is brilliant, Baines & Ernst are factual and helpful. Everybody on the phone is nice to me and you’re a friendly voice. You tell me things factually and give me advice. B&E have helped me live a normal life. I’ve learnt so many things from B&E, like budgeting. You speak to me in an articulate way and give me the facts. I always come off the phone feeling better. Thanks to your help, for the 1st time in years, I feel proud of myself because I am resolving my debt problems with your help. You’ve saved my marriage.

You’ve changed my life, it’s been brilliant. I’d never been in debt before my business fell apart. Everybody at B&E was reassuring and friendly. It was a great feeling that you had taken my problems away from me and sorted it all out.  Every time I had to contact you because my income had changed, you couldn’t have been more helpful. Just to have B&E helping me sort things out has been fantastic, I don’t think I ever could’ve done it without you. It was so reassuring speaking to you. I can’t thank you enough. Last November I was at the end of my tether, letters, calls all demanding payments that I simply couldn’t make.  B&E have removed ALL the stress, and the process has been very simple and straightforward throughout.
