Online payments
To make a secure online payment, simply follow the step by step process to make your monthly payments to Baines and Ernst. All you require to make a payment are your Baines and Ernst customer details and your card payment details.

How it works:
- Ask your friend to call Baines & Ernst on 0800 015 1650
- Tell the advisor they speak to that they have been recommended to us and provide your name and client reference number
- One of our trained debt specialists will complete a financial assessment with your friend and if they qualify for a Debt Management Plan (DMP), Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) or a Protected Trust Deed (PTD), we will send all necessary documentation to them, which they must sign and send back
- Once your friend becomes a client, we will send you £100 High Street vouchers
- Recommend more friends to Baines & Ernst and we will give you more High Street vouchers!
