Consumers concerned about issues such as tax arrears might benefit from the publication of a new handbook.

A new tax handbook is being made available by a consumer group, in order to help people with their finances.

Those concerned by issues such as tax arrears might want to take a look at the new Which? Tax Handbook 2010/11, which addresses a wide range of different financial issues.

While the document, which has been written by Tony Levene, may offer useful information to people about the online self-assessment process, details concerning Capital Gains Tax will also be offered.

According to Which?, the measures that were put forward by Chancellor Alistair Darling in the UK’s latest financial Budget will be included in the handbook.

Meanwhile, when it comes to tax matters, the professional advice website Unbiased.co.uk recently highlighted the large amounts of money that people appear to be wasting every year because they are not dealing with inheritance tax very effectively.

In 2010, consumers might waste almost £2 billion because of this, the firm believes. Look in to PPI with companies such as Claims Advisory Group
